FINANCIAL ANALYST: COMMERCIAL FUND
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial: Partnership Funding The successful candidate will conduct financial due diligence and feasibility studies on existing and prospective clients. Develop financial models for joint venture funds and financial intermediaries. Provide support to the Senior Manager, Commercial: Partnership Funding and Investment Principals in carrying out their duties.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial: Partnership Funding. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the strategic objectives of the Commercial Fund Division in collaboration with the Fund Manager whilst being accountable for deal origination, building and owning client and partnerships and developing projects.

Provide high-quality, commercially astute legal advice and litigation management to resolve disputes effectively through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and, where necessary, robust litigation.
LEGAL ADVISOR – DEAL & DUE DILIGENCE
To provide comprehensive legal advisory and transactional support nationally in relation to lending, investment and commercial transactions, including the drafting, review and vetting of legal agreements and transaction documentation, supervision of bond registrations by external bond conveyancers, contract reviews, legal research, legal due diligence reports and the preparation of legal opinions.
LEGAL ADVISOR: ADVISORY SERVICES
The successful candidate will be required to provide Advisory and Legal Support/Service nationally, which includes, but is not limited to the following: drafting of legal agreements and vetting of loan related documents and commercial agreements, supervision of bond registrations by external bond conveyancers; reviewing contracts; research and drafting legal opinions and Legal due diligence; all whilst ensuring that SEDFA achieves its mandate in a legally compliant manner where all legal risks have been sufficiently managed or mitigated..
